We play Texas Hold'em Poker Tournaments at Carlos O'Kelly's, just like on TV. We play on Wednesday nights, two tournaments, one at 7:00 and the second at 9:30.

Carlos O'Kelly's is a Mexican cafe. They have a large dining room area with a second dining room area in the "penthouse," just five steps off the main dining room. We play poker in the bar area, there is also a second bar area and a patio. The inside is non smoking, smoking is avaiable on the patio.

The restaurant is in a stand alone building in a small shopping plaze with Flooring America. (All your flooring and poker needs in one place) There is lots of free parking.

Carlos O'Kelly's offers a fun festive environment, serving traditional Mexican entrees as well as specialty items. They offer daily specials, highlighted by their 1/2 price margaritas on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. They have carry-out, catering services, drink specials, and areas for parties.

One of the things Carlos O'Kelly's is known for is their service. Try it, you will like the place.

Food at Carlos O'Kelly's

It's a Mexican Cafe. They have the items you would traditionally find in a chain Mexican restaurant. The food is good, and the prices are reasonable. On his first trip there Robert had a combination plate for dinner and it was under $10.

There are daily drink specials. Ask your server, or just look at the signs posted all over the place. You can't miss them.

Coming from I-66 take the Hwy 50 exit - Main Street is Hwy 50. Go towards Fairfax staying in the far right lane. Hwy 50 Main street narrows to one lane only at Hwy 123, the other lanes becoming turn lanes. Pass the courthouse and Hwy 123. Another mile or so and Carlos O'Kelly's will be on your right. It comes up on you just as you crest a hill, so you may miss the restaurant if you are not careful. It is more or less across the street from a 7/11 and a shopping center.
