First Night at Carlos O'Kelly's

Nettie Mobley won first palce. Nettie has a job that sometimes has her in Manassas, but she lives in Fairfax. On the other hand, Laura Mofu lives in Stafford. In any event, they were the first and second place poker tournament winners at Carlos O'Kelly's for our first Wednesday night poker tournament there.

It was a lot of fun. The food was good, and the over sized margaritas were really good. We had one poker table that was all women, and the rest of the women spread around the other tables.

The restaurant said it was a good tournament for them, and the players all said the food was good and they enjoyed themselves. One woman had such a good time we can't even print what she said about how good it was.

We now play on Wednesdays at Carlos O'Kelly's in Fairfax. Come and join us. Oh - the manager called and said that St. Patrick's day is the busiest day of the year for them. So for that day he has asked us to move the poker tournament to Tuesday. So no poker at Carlos O'Kelly's for Wednesday, March 17th - but we will be playing on Tuesday, March 16th for that day week only.
